At blooming a satisfied guest is the finest compliment we can get, and we like to hear them. Despite our efforts, though, you may be dissatisfied with something.
However, should you wish to communicate your complaint again to the hotel management after your departure, you can do so by sending an email to beers@blooming-hotels.com. You will receive a reaction from us as soon as possible.
lost and found
It can happen that you have accidentally forgotten something at blooming. It stands to reason that we shall do whatever we can to return any lost objects to you. In order to organise this properly, it is convenient if you report anything you have forgotten as soon as possible after your departure by sending an email to info@blooming-hotels.com. With reference to this email we shall notify you whether your belongings have been found. If so, there are two ways to get your belongings back:
1. You can collect them at blooming.
2. You can have them forwarded by post (only for addresses in Holland). For this purpose we only work with the online mailing service of Postnl (http://onlineverzendservice.postnl.nl/). On this website it is explained in detail how this works. When forwarding goods, blooming does not accept any liability.
Everything lost and found is kept for three months. Upon expiry of this period, we donate the objects found to a second-hand shop.
